NEW BATTERY FOIL PRODUCTION UNIT
We are pleased to announce a new order for a complete OPTIMIZE digital solution from Gränges, a leading supplier of flat rolled aluminium products, for their plant in Finspång, Sweden.
The package includes the digital integration of the new battery foil production unit, managing equipment from three different suppliers that includes rolling, slitting, packing and the coil warehouse and linking them with the plant production management systems.
With this solution, Gränges extends OPTIMIZE delivering plant-wide digital analysis and machine supervision. We are proud that Gränges continues to trust OPTIMAL for their digital plant solution needs.

3 Complete DC Casting Lines
We're delighted to announce the successful completion of the latest OPTIMIZE system extension at Hulamin's Camps Drift plant. Hulamin is a leading, mid-stream aluminium semi-fabricator and fabricator of aluminium products located in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. It’s Rolled Products division produces a range of technologically sophisticated sheet, coil and plate products focusing on high-quality, tight tolerance and complex products.
OPTIMIZE automated process and production analysis is now active across the complete casthouse encompassing melting and holding furnaces, auxiliary equipment, and the DC casting machines.
This extension represents a significant step towards a comprehensive plant-wide digital solution and we’re proud to partner with HULAMIN to meet their digital plant requirements.
